Best hotel experience I have ever had! Very friendly and attentive staff, excellent amenities, great ambience. We arrived early but were allowed to check in right away. We were also immediately upgraded to a better room; it was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location in a busy part of town but the room itself was very quiet and relaxing. Booked a spa treatment at the hotel which was top quality and very convenient. Great food at the restaurant and available by room service. We also utilized the laundry service (much needed after a long mountain trek). Excellent price for what is offered.

- Exceptional Service from all staff. Rubina at reception was very helpful with any questions and at checkout! - rooms were very clean and room service were amazing! - prime location in Thamel for shopping & restaurants. 2 mins walk from hotel! - all staff were always smiling and greeting us with Namaste 🙏🏼 - greatly recommend it if you are visiting Kathmandu - value for money for sure! -

Our stay at Hotel Mulberry in Nepal was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, our room comfortable. Hotel was in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants. Had beautiful infinity pool on rooftop. It was too cold to swim but the view was amazing. We had heaters and blankets while we had our drinks on the rooftop. Staff was all so nice, especially one particular person, Diya. She went above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed. She gave us her phone number just in case we needed anything. When my husband got sick, she brought him electrolyte replacement without even us asking. One day we got lost going to a salon, she had people come pick us up and took us to the place. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights - everything was excellent. I visit Nepal every year and have stayed at several other hotels nearby in Thamel. Mulberry Hotel is better than most of them in terms of quality, it has spacious rooms, and is more modern than others. Located in the heart of Thamel but on a quiet street so it’s not noisy at night. Service from the staff was impeccable, as you will find in most hotels in this area. Gym located on the 8th floor is perfect - couple of treadmills and a functional trainer, along with weights and benches. Breakfast spread is decent, though could be better - specially for the western traveler (but still better than most nearby hotels). There’s an omelette station as well. They make anything specific on request. 24-hr room service is a nice bonus specially if you’re jet lagged and are hungry at an odd hour! Overall a good experience with Hotel Mulberry. Will be staying here again on my next trip.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing experience at the Hotel Mulberry and we will definitely stay here again the next time that we visit Kathmandu. We stayed here for a total of 9 nights spread out over the beginning and end of your trip to Nepal. The hotel is beautiful with a very elegant aesthetic. Our 4th floor room was spacious with a king bed and a large bank of windows with a beautiful view of the Thamel neighborhood. The 8th floor pool area is stunning with a beautiful view of Kathmandu from the infinity pool. While it was too cold for a dip in January, it was lovey to sit outside in the afternoon sun and relax on one of the lounge chairs. One of the best parts of our stay at the hotel Mulberry was the morning breakfast. We started our morning meal off with two delicious cafe lattes and most days we ordered a fresh veggie omelette. The large buffet had great options including American classics like French toast and bacon and Indian dishes like Chana Masala and Paratha. What really made our experience was the incredible staff of the Hotel Mulberry. This started with exceptional consierge service provided by Rubina Moktan, Ashish Hamal, and Melina Tamang. They organized all of our airport transportation via their free shuttle service. They were also extremely flexible and allowed us to check in hours early since we arrived in Kathmandu on a morning flight and at the end of our trip they also let us check our 2 hours late without any extra charge. The wait staff were equally amazing and were very attentive and friendly. They included Richard, Aryan, and Nikhil.
